Consortium of Educational Enterprises - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Consortium of Educational Enterprises ("CEE"). Before you proceed with the use of our website and engagement in any business activities, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing our website or participating in any partnership programs, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or participate in our programs.

1. Partnership Program and Target Audience:

1.1 The ‘initial’ targeted audience for the partnership program is specifically focused on Black-led charter schools and collegiate administrators.

1.2 CEE aims to become a consortium for all, and the network is not exclusive. We encourage partnerships and collaboration among charter school networks, non/for-profits, professors, educators, administrators, parents, and more.

1.3 The primary aim is to cater to schools with a significant population of African American and other minority students in high-poverty communities, as well as high-performing universities across the nation.

2. Tiers of Collaboration:

2.1 Tier 1: Administrators

2.1.1 Collaboration among P-12 school leaders and higher education administrators.

2.1.2 Focus on sharing knowledge, best practices, and strategies to support the educational needs of the targeted audience.

2.2 Tier 2: Educators

2.2.1 Collaboration and exchange of theory and practice among teachers/staff and university students.

2.2.2 Platform for sharing theoretical knowledge, practical insights, and innovative teaching approaches.

2.3 Tier 3: Students

2.3.1 Programming and workshops to facilitate diverse deeper learning for high school students.

2.3.2 Dedicated to providing experiences that enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for high school students from targeted communities.

3. Code of Conduct:

3.1 Users engaging in any form of collaboration within CEE must adhere to a code of conduct promoting professionalism, respect, and inclusivity.

3.2 Any discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1 Users retain ownership of their intellectual property.

4.2 CEE may use, display, or share contributed content for promotional or informational purposes with proper attribution.

5. Privacy and Data Security:

5.1 Users agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

6. Amendments:

6.1 CEE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

6.2 Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the website or participation in programs implies acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Termination:

7.1 CEE reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access for any violation of these terms.

7.2 Users can terminate their participation at any time.
